Duke Properties Founder, CEO Albert Dweck
Albert Dweck has spent more than two decades leading activities at Duke Properties in Brooklyn, New York. As chief executive officer of the real estate firm, he has served as managing principal for more than 50 real estate partnerships, which encompass some 500 units under management. With a focus on the Northeastern United States, Albert Dweck emphasizes opportunities in the multi-family property sector, particularly rental apartments. He has developed an effective investment model that prioritizes smaller properties of 35 units or less with price points below $25 million.
Mr. Dweck holds a bachelor of science from the New York University Stern School of Business. As an undergraduate, he spent a semester abroad at Sanno University in Tokyo, during which time he focused his studies on business administration and management. Today, he is pursuing a strategy execution certificate through Harvard Business School Online.
When he is not managing investment opportunities at Duke Properties, Albert Dweck enjoys working out, playing tennis, and spending time with his family.
